Climbing up a 10 metre rope is one of the most challenging but gratifying things you can do. To be able to pull your own weight is a clear indication of some serious upper body strength.

Rope climbs take a lot of practice, getting the right technique without attaining too many rope burns in the process, but the feeling of being able to haul yourself 10 metres off the ground with nothing but a rope is worth it.

This is a serious workout for your upper body, but once achieved they’re a great addition to your strength training.
